Job Description
DCH Solargiga is seeking a self-motivated Design engineering candidate to support our solar team in Pakistan to deploy our solar solutions.You will be required to self-manage, learn quickly, communicate clearly and put to use a variety of technical and interpersonal skills as this position places you at the intersection of design and energy.
Responsibilities & duties:
- Perform design calculations, sketches, plan preparation, technical comparisons and similar technical work within the solar market.
- Apply standard techniques, procedures and criteria to complete and delegate engineering tasks as needed.
- Develops plans, specifications and observation reports to ensure complete and accurate project's needs and that internal deadlines are met.
- Use custom software tools to design solar PV systems as well as Assisting in the preparation of design calculations.
Qualification & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Energy engineering or design related field diploma with specific PV system focus.
- Proficiency with solar modeling software; PVSYST/ PVSOL for calculations.
- High proficiency with AutoCAD drafting software and standard office software applications.
- Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in solar projects and electrical system design.
