A leading real estate and marketing company is looking for Accounts Assistant for its accounts department.
- Enter financial transactions into internal databases
- Maintain digital and physical financial records
- Preparation different types of voucher
- Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct.
- Help prepare invoice and expense report Analyze financial data
- Perform research for budgeting and financial forecasting
- Check financial documents and journal entries for accuracy
- Filing of documents
- Provide administrative support as needed
An ideal candidate should have
- Excellent command on MS Excel
- 2 – 3 experience in Accounts preferably in real estate industry
- Must have graduation preferably in Accounting and finance with excellent interpersonal skills
- Must be confident and energetic
- Strong communication skills.
- Self-motivated and goal oriented individual with a desire to deliver results
