Job Description

Responsible for front office management.

  • Greeting guests and liaising with employees for the concerned guest.
  • Attending phone calls for inquiries as well as transferring calls to the concerned employees.
  • Maintaining and filing the documents for all the departments.
  • Assisting in scanning the documents for all the departments.
  • Oversees and administers the day-to-day activities of the office.
  • The ideal candidate should have bachelors degree qualification and at least 6 months of experience.
  • The position requires front office management, guest relation, front desk, front, office, liaising, phone, calls, filing, documents scanning, activities, administration, organization, pantry mandatory skills.
