• Warmly Welcome Customers by greeting them.
• Try to convince Customers on Existing Products Rather than Customized Products.
• Analyze Demand of Customers and upcoming Events and communicate to Higher Authority/Manager.
Slandered Operating Procedures (SOPs) of Sales Person:
• Must be at work at 9:00 am to 7:00 pm.
• Must be punctual and Show Respect among employees
• Communicate customer feedback of supply and demand to Manager
(Fill the form of Feedback for every Walk in Customer)
• Target achieved or not as planned.
• Must be Formal and Ignore Personal Matters at work Place by Proper Stress Management
• Communicate Progress to Manager on daily Basis.
• Must have proper information about all products E.g Price, Meterial, Pakaging, Shipment Charges and Discounts to be offered.
• If deal is not done, still you have to show a warm attitude towards your Customers.
