1- Finish the collection and verification of attendance record of all employees before the 5th day of each month. Verify the leave application and approval to see if it meets company’s policy on the basis of attendance records. Calculate all the local employees’ (including salesperson) salary and fringe benefits. Make sure the salaries comply with attendance records and submit payrolls to GM for approval. Attendance records of Chinese expatriate staff should be sent to payroll specialist in HQ.

2- Collect employee turnover form before the 18th day of each month, and verify work clothes, work badge, resignation procedures etc. and make sure no item is missed during the procedures. Communicate with employing department to deduct relevant expense.

3- Regarding outsourced work, calculate the outsourced workers’ salary according to their attendance records. The calculation must be accurate.

4- Calculate performance bonus of staff appraised according to KPI every month and submit it to GM for approval. The bonus calculation of Chinese expatriate staff should be sent to HQ for calculation. Local staff’s bonus will be paid together with salaries every two month in consideration of performance appraisal time.

5- Be responsible for the monitoring, checking and verification of attendance of each department.

6- Be responsible for counting and checking the vacation schedule of administrative and technology staff and publish it. Count the overstay and absenteeism.

7- Execute remuneration system of company and organize promotion evaluation.

8- Work together with HR Supervisor to establish motivative performance appraisal system.

9- Rank the evaluated staff according to appraisal marks.

10- Provide suggestions to improve the evaluation method.

 11- Analyze and compare the payroll and headcount data and make sure headcount is controlled in the standard limit. Make sure the date is accurate.

12- Estimate the budget for next month / year according to actual operation of company.

 13- Be responsible for working visa renewal and secure the legal stay of Chinese expatriate staff.

14- Be responsible for booking flight tickets for Chinese expatriate staff and other related service.
