1- Monitor Salwes and productivity of the order bookers against the defined goals and KPIs.
2- Ensure and achieve monthly/quarterly, yearly sales targets through respective distributors of the the area.
3- Provide operational assistance, support and guidance to order bookers to achieve targets.
4- Ensure timely supply of sales orders booked by the order bookers.
5- Develop clusters and territories to increase market penetration.
6- Regularly visit the market to assess working of the order bookers, provide coaching and on-job training to order bookers and devivery men.
7- Get customers' feedback and address customers' complaints and build relationships with customers.
8- Ensure timely collection of receivables.
9- Ensure compliance of company policies and SOPs.
10- Distributors management, timely settlement s of claims of customers.
11- Maintaining accurate record, obtaining deposits and balance payments of the distributors.
12- Handling queries of distributors and any other task assigned time to time.
