Responsible to supervise the Outlet Operations of Reefland, achieve sales targets assigned to outlet, satisfy the customers by giving them the proper attention and look after other administrative & staff issues.
Perform day-to-day Outlet Operations and lead the outlet team to achieve sales targets assigned to his outlet.
- Responsible for opening and closing of retail outlet at defined time (and if a day off is expected, give the keys in advance to the back-up In-charge)
- Daily supervise the cleanliness of Retail Outlet and Products 3 times a day according to the check list
- Tally Stock Inventory as per previous day’s count and generate report
- Ensure self and staff’s punctuality, appearance at outlet and inform supervisor in case if staff is short
- Ensure to immediately report to supervisor the incident of failure of UPS, Generator, IT System, A/C, Attendance system etc. and prepare a Maintenance log book
Ensure proper and as per standard shelving and merchandizing at retail outlet.
Provide necessary support to the audit team at the time of audits.
