Requirements:
- Ideal Candidate Should have experience in sales and marketing
- Should be result oriented and able to achieve target
- Should have Leadership Skills
- Should be active and energetic
- The incumbent is required to receive transfer calls from Customer Sales Representatives (CSR)s and convert them to sales after clarifying customer detailed queries and booking for sales to the HQ in Australia.
- Maintain record of customer addresses, account information and other necessary information on transfer sheets.
- Excellent communication skills are required as a telemarketing representative here in Pakistan on behalf of our office in Australia for Australian and Dubai clientage and customers.
- Read from organization's scripts for customers.
- Do rebuttals with customers while perusing them and informing them about our services.
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
