Digit EMB is the premium web-based digitizing and vector services providing company based in the humble north, Canada, but with roots and clientele from United States.We are looking for Experienced Customer Support Represetative (Home Based) for Follow Up on Potential Customers. An ideal candidate will be responsisble for calling to previous Customers for Offering Embroidery & Vector Art services as well as for Feedback.
Responsibilities:
- Follow up on customers via phone calls & emails.
- Make phone calls to potentials customers & leads.
- Introduce company and its services.
- Send email campaign to customers.
- Handle Customers quires regarding services.
Requirement:
- Education: Intermediate/Bachelors
- Experience: 1-5 Years (OutBound Call Center, International Customer Support, BPO)
- Interpersonal Skills.
- Team & Goals Oriented.
- Proficient on Microsoft Office Suits.
