Qualification: Intermediate (Preferable) and above
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the Housekeeping Industry
Job Responsibilities:
- Make notes of daily tasks at the beginning of day as advised by Manager.
- Make/Receive calls as required in order to coordinate smooth and effective functioning of ascribed daily tasks.
- Organise appointments, interviews, meetings for the manager.
- Supervise hospitality staff by evaluating them as well as monitoring and controlling their performance.
- Be able to ride a Motorbike in order to reach various sites for work as required.
- Assuming timely delivery and quality of work, ensuring efficient working by subordinate staff.
- Utilising available work time in the best manner.
Skills:
- Excellent organization and planning skills to prioritize and balance work.
- Strong Observation skills (Attention to detail).
- Sound background, with understanding & hands-on experience in dealing with people.
- Ability to deal with various work staff.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent Verbal & Written Communication Skills.
- Strong Multitasking skills
- Time Management.
Salary: Rs25,000.00 – Rs35,000.00 per month
