SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Managing strategic business planning and development. Formulation regarding future sales strategies & budgets/goals.
2. Designing overall direct communication with customers. Developing programs and survey to attract customers for frequent visits.
3. Planning promotional activities and events.
4. Responsible for all aspects of customer services and accounts handling.
5. Making periodical reports on daily sales/marketing activities and preparing synopsis of services evaluation after collecting opinions & concerns by the customers; this includes: 1) The Magazine 2) Website 3) All internal and external communication.
6. Support all departments where defined and required to assist in developing communication strategy and related collaterals for the promotion, along with assisting with management of the said.
7. Develop a mechanism of customer feedbacks to be obtained at regular defined intervals for service improvement of the company.
8. Obtain and analyze data on customer feedbacks and complaints and present to top management.
9. Critically analyses the market and suggest various strategy to meet the target on quarterly basis
10. To execute operations for Media-In house publication, administer production control in line with management requirements which includes writing, editing, events, pictorial and article layout and placement.
11. To undertake the development of the annual communication strategy in line with marketing standards & business development strategy of the following key revenue procuring divisions, along with assisting in the management of the events & entertainment, promotions & festivals, lifestyles & recreation activities, and wedding & banqueting. This includes development of required collaterals for the above.
12. Developing corporate as a business networking tool for our customers and their business.
