This position exists to assist in information gathering of contract documents and project drawings and subsequent coordination with QS Section.
- Collates and ensure proper documentation within the tendering and contract processes.
- Study contract documents.
- Study project drawings regarding road works, drainage system, buildings.
- Coordinate with QS regarding BOQ as per drawings.
- Coordinate with QS on changes in drawing, design and subsequent changes in BOQ, material estimates.
- Coordinate with design engineer regarding drawings of cross sections.
- Any other task assigned by the Management time to time.
- Assist contracts manager by working with QS and reporting specs to contracts manager.
- Assist contracts manager in drafting correspondence and documentation
