- Assist Planning Engineer in Scheduling of Project weekly / fortnightly.
- Preparing/Assisting schedules for bidding purpose.
- Received the Drawing from Design Department. Read the drawing and collect the data’s using drawing details
- Advance Planning for Quality Production meeting Co-ordinate to other departments
- Implementation of Daily Progress Report at all projects.
- To provide assistance in making weekly progress report.
- To follow up regarding the Daily Progress Report and inform to Planning Engineer.
- Study the drawings to calculate quantities for planning purpose and preparing daily progress reports to evaluate efficiency and progress of our work at site.
- Assist the project manager in project planning and preparing official letters for internal and external official correspondence
- Performed critical path analyses to ensure project is kept on track and maintained to ensure all identified issues are resolved on time and in budget for work scopes of project.
- Will put up recommendations to improve the progress and enhance the output of the plant Equipment and Machinery to the Planning Engineer.
- To provide assistance in monitoring at Site accordance to Plan.
- Preparation of one month look ahead plans and coordination with the assigned Project Manager, Construction Management Team, and other groups as required. And Updating of Progress S-Curves
- Preparing documents for Pre-Qualification with Project Co-ordinator and maintain company profile for bidding purposes.
- Preparation of Monthly Progress Report for Client.
- Coordinate with PM’s to provide weekly Project / Site Execution Plan and Preparation of Planned and actual Manpower Histogram.
- Implementation the Execution Plan, thereby ensuring the smooth running of activities. Earned Value Analysis of the assigned project.
- Writing program will ask from PM’s to submit in every day and implementing the work plan and its result.
- Economies the overall working thereby to reduce the overall cost.
- Implementation of site monitoring report.
- To assist in making requirements, request for proposal, award criteria and other matters regarding Pre-qualification work of Project.
- Obey task given by supervisor & Management time to time.
