- Ensures compliance with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices, and documentation.
- Completes audit working papers by documenting audit tests and findings.
- Appraises adequacy of internal control systems by performing walkthroughs / test of controls
- Execution of internal audits of different department / processes as instructed by Head of Internal Audit and continuously support Head of Internal Audit in
- timely closing of the assignments Prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for different departments / functions as instructed by Head of Internal Audit.
- Meeting with relevant departments for improvements in the SOPs Maintains internal control systems by updating audit programs and questionnaires; recommending new policies and procedures.
- Communicates audit findings by preparing a final report; discussing findings with auditees
- Prepares special audit and control reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing operating information and trends.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Maintaining highest standard of ethics and professionalism at all times
- Any other task given by Head of Internal Audit
