• Responsible for ensuring housekeeping of all the DES Head Office by making sure that all of the subordinates are ensuring the cleanliness in their assigned areas of working.
  • Do un-announced random checks of housekeeping through visits in all BS units once in a week.
  • Responsible to manage and route company owned vehicles, ensuring that vehicle movement is according to genuine need only.
  • Responsible for controlling the fuel and maintenance cost of the company owned vehicles with strict daily checking.
  • Responsible to arrange vehicles from outside, when needed.
  • Vehicle Insurance Management
  • Ensure that Vehicle Token Tax are paid on time
  • Ensure regular maintenance of furniture, fixtures, equipment, electrical appliances, office building etc. through his subordinates.
  • Prepare budget for 01 year and share weekly report on budget utilized and remaining budget.
  • Responsible for all office purchases on monthly basis under the assigned budget and make sure that subordinates must purchase the items as per the needs, so that extra items purchases must remain under control.
  • Make sure the proactive arrangements of sitting place, furniture and related items for new joiners in organization, so that new employees start productive work from the day first of their joining.
  • Ensure regular maintenance of furniture, fixtures, equipment, electrical appliances, factory building etc. through his subordinates.
  • Responsible for all stationery purchases on monthly basis under the assigned budget and make sure that subordinates must purchase the items as per the needs, so that extra items purchases must remain under control.
  • Managing the Gardening Matters Head Office
  • Scrap Management of Projects Sites and Head Office
  • Manage all the Telephone Exchanges in Head Office through subordinates and make sure that all the exchanges work properly without any problem.
  • Responsible for the controlled consumption of utilities, so that bills must remain in budgets and further ensure that all the utility bills must be paid within due dates to avoid any sort of fines.
  • Responsible to deal with the government departments such as Wapda, Sui Gas, PTCL, EOBI, Social Security and Police etc on various matters when required.
  • Responsible for overall management of Mess including dealing with third party contractor, Mess rules, meals schedules, hygiene conditions and food quality.
  • Ensure that workers grievances regarding food supply and quality are timely and properly addressed.
  • Revise KPIs of Admin Staff at the start of every quarter by keeping in   loop HR Department
  • Do timely performance evaluation of subordinates on quarterly basis in coordination with HR.
  • Ensure Proper Training & Development of the Administration Staff wherever & whenever needed through performance appraisal. and TNA
  • Developing Administration staff through formal and informal coaching, counseling & mentoring sessions.
  • Succession Planning: Develop a successor of himself as well as successors of his immediate subordinates within 01-year time.
  • Do final (technical) selection interview of staff needed to be hired in Administration department.
