1.      To fill the positions as per requirement of project manager and departmental heads.

2.      To provide the requisition form to line managers in case of new hiring/ Replacement of Employee.

3.      To coordinate with line managers in updating the JD of any position for new hiring/ Replacement of Employee.

4.      Carry out initial screening of candidates and forward to their concerned line managers for further shortlisting

5.      Coordinate with line managers to schedule the interview of shortlisted candidates.

6.      Call the candidates for initial interview and acquire the required documents.

7.      To get approval from line managers and GM PMU / GM Ops / CFO on offer letters of finalized candidate.

8.      To carry out background Reference check for new inductees

9.      Ensure the approval of monthly appointment summary as per company policy.

10.  Maintain the record of all staff hired at head office and other sites.

11.  To prepare Joiner/ Leaver summary on monthly basis and submit it to GM operations till 10th of every Month.

12.  Timely inform or update the concerned department regarding new induction.

13.  Timely inform the I.T department and Admin department to arrange and complete the seating and I.T equipment’s for new inductees. 

14.  To ensure the newly appointed employee sign the contract letter/ Appointment letter to and joining date report on his date of joining.

15.  To ensure that all newly appointed employees receive and sign their job descriptions

16.  To prepare and process the welcome note of newly inducted officers.

17.  To conduct orientation/ induction sessions for new inductees.

18.  To provide the relevant employee policies (leave policy, late arrival and traveling policy) to newly inducted employees.

19.  To prepare service agreement of new inductees within a month after joining.

20.  To update JDs of employees as per requirement of line managers.

21.  To provide the unsigned cases as per requirement of the company to GM operations for management approval.

22.  To provide the copy of appointment approval to payroll officer.

23.  To provide the finalize attendance record and leaves record to payroll officer on 5th of every month for processing of Payroll.

24.  To get approval from GM Ops and GM PMU on Sunday attendance of sites and Head office and forward to payroll officer.

25.  Cross check the payroll and attendance and ensure the salaries are as per attendance.

26.  Finalize salaries of Employees in the end of the month.

27.  To prepare annual increment sheet of the employees according to P.A policy.

28.  Coordinate with line manager to appraise the employees on annually bases and after probation period as per the offer letter.

29.  To process any increments due annually, probationary, target based or else in coordination with the management as per written understandings.

30.  To carry out the performance appraisals annually, probationary and else that are due.

31.  To provide the increment sheet or to payroll officer for further processing.

32.  Provide the exit interview form to the resigning employees

33.  Acquire the final decision of the management upon the resignation of the exit8ing employee and carry out the instructions as per decision.

34.  Instruct the Accounts department regarding the immediate salary decisions of the resigning/ terminated employees.

35.  Conduct an exit meeting with the resigning employee if required.

36.  Process the clearance of resigning/terminated employees in coordination with the management.

37.  Process the final settlement dues of the exiting employee in coordination with the payroll officer.

38.  Supervise the employee file record of all employees of the Company.

39.  To maintain the confidentiality of all employees’ records.

40.  To update Headcount Report on monthly basis.

41.  Prepare and update the organogram of projects and Head Office.

42.  To resolve the employee Leaves, Salaries and attendance related issues with the coordination of line manager and approving authority

43.  To forward the official notices to all employees regarding gazetted holiday etc.

44.  Assist the HR Manager to update the company rules and regulations.

45.  Handling of all employee related issues/ facilitation matters and discuss with GM operations/ CEO.

46. Any other task assigned by reporting authority / management.
