• Review and improve existing SOP and Policies. Develop new SOP and policies as per organizational requirements.
  • Review and Improve existing JD’s. Develop new KPI’s as per organizational requirements.
  • Review and improve existing KPI’s. Develop new KPI’s as per organizational requirement
  • Develop  and Implement a training and development  mechanism  to meet  organizational knowledge and skills requirements and build capacity of human resource.
  • Review and improve existing work design and functional structures. Develop new as per organizational requirement
  • Conduct audit of HR  policy and procedural compliance every 6 months.
  • Conduct Targets  and KPI’s compliance on monthly basic.
  • Act an internal consultant to all matters pertaining  to HR and organizational performance .
  • Documentation of all  JD’s policies, Organogram, Monthly Targets, KPI’s.
