1. Responsible for meeting the requirement of all machines and equipment at site
2. Responsible for maintenance of all equipment and machines at site within shortest possible time designed by Site In charge
3. Responsible for preventive maintenance of equipment and machines in central yard of company
4. Responsible for designing a cost vs. revenue plan for utilization of machines on company own project basis or through renting out the surplus machinery and equipment
5. Responsible for calculating the requirement of equipment and machinery for the upcoming projects; commensurate with the stage vise deputation as per the plan production rate in consultation with the planning engineer
6. Devising the alternative plans to economize the workability of machines, commensurate with the designed / planned production rate and nature of task
7. Devising a rotational periodic maintenance plan of all equipment and machines for on-site preventive maintenance, knowing the rotational plan of each individual machine through on and off mobilization of maintenance team for a certain period on a site
8. Responsible for development of research and development plan for training, up keeping the capacity of mechanical staff along with their certification, If any for meeting the client requirements while working on site
9. Responsible for exercising the technical control of all the personals, equipment and machines deputed on various task of company projects through periodical reports and returns, preferably on fortnightly basis for the reconciliation of the top management
10. Will be Responsible for at least one visit to project site on monthly basis for channelizing the company policy, administrative control of all the equipment and machines working at various projects.
