Preparing execution plan of the project.(i.e Schedule (Overall, Monthly, 15 Days) ; Material, labor Cost estimate)
Overall responsibility of Project& Contract Management:
- Monitoring of Execution of Site in terms of
- Progress and Quality
- Material (i.e Reconciliation actual Vs Estimated)
- Resources.(i.e Labor and Machinery)
- Demands Processing
- Supplier /Labor Bill verification and approvals.
- Material/PC bill tracing SOP.
- Bills Audit.
- Weekly meetings with site staff for Site issues and discuss with management accordingly
- Submission of Reports to Competent Authority without fail
- 15 days ahead work Plan Activity wise (Cost and Revenue)
- 15 days’ work Planned Vs Achievement.
- Achieved Quantity Cost Estimate Vs Actual Spend Quantity cost.
- 15 Days Material Required.
- Overall Plan of Project Execution, Overall budget, Preparation of site monitoring report. Preparation of QC control formats.
- Weekly work plan, material and labor & Weekly cash Demand.
- 15 days Material and cash reconciliations.
- Site execution and labor for fortnightly.
- Monthly progress report
- Personal daily report.
- Any other report desired by the management
- Preparation of work methodology: Do’s and Don’ts
- Preparation of Flow Charts and defining tasks and JD’s.
- Follow up for Bidding.
- Following the submitted IPC and get approvals for payments in efficient way.
- Responsible to prepare monitoring mechanism to judge the process of the subordinate staff with ensuring that the each subordinate performing the duties as per the job description
- Responsible to look after all the PMU departmental related tasks
- Ensure to attend internal & external meetings and ensure the production of accurate record of any discussion and actions
- keep on focus on timelines & ensure delivery of work in time
- To coordinate with all the project staff in order to run the daily departmental functioning & for the production of requisites reports, analysis, verifications , accountabilities & etc
- To Support Project Teams for contract related issues /dispute & accordingly the preparation of letters/correspondences to resolve the issues
- Any other task assigned by the Management
Business Development
- Searching of new upcoming tenders for participation
- Participation in Pre-bid meetings
- Preparation of prequalification documents and approvals
- Preparation of Technical and Financial Bids
- Coordination with Companies for JV partners
- Renewals of different certificates like PEC, C&W etc.
- Develop channels and networking regarding project tender and proposals.
- Responsible to overview & securitize the tender processes & service delivery
- Shortlisting of tender to participate on behalf of company
- Overview the bid submission processes.
- Preparation of required technical proposals including project schedules & method statements
- Supervise financial bid submission with the help of QS
- Correspondence with consultants & clients for fulfilling the requirements of projects
- Update the bid submission schedules
- Attend pre bid meeting with clients for upcoming projects
- Prepare prequalification for difference departments
- Preparation of Bank Grantees (BGs), Issuances, Bid security, (B.G/I.G)
- Enlistments with different government departments
- Coordination for / with JV parties for upcoming projects.
- Responsible to make /arrange /update all the associated documents & reports in a proper manner & present to the demanding authority
- Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
- Research and build relationships with new clients
