- Prepare and communicate all previous day banking activity.
- Check, verify and reconcile bank deposits and bank payments.
- Posting of bank transactions into the system.
- Document all bank transaction activities.
- Inspect, investigate and resolve discrepancies in bank transactions.
- Respond and resolve supplier problems, grievances and issues.
- Maintain and manage all financial records, registers, logs and spreadsheets.
- Understand, manage, and supervise all aspects of cash flow.
- Assist and support treasury staff in physical cash movement activities.
- Forecast daily cash requirements and execute daily financing decisions
