Education: Minimum bachelor
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing inbound sales inquiries from customers received over calls/emails/chat
- Calling customers to discuss their inquiries
- Preparing quotes for customers as per their needs – using CRM
- Writing emails and proposals for customers
- Calling to discuss the quote and explain all the elements of the quotation
- Negotiating and closing sales on the calls
- Coordinating with customer for his order from production till delivery
- Customer services / after-sales services
- Upselling / cross-selling
- Sales pipeline development
- Follow-ups with existing customers for re-orders
- Coordinating with internal departments for smooth delivery of the customer’s order
- Daily/weekly/monthly performance/progress reporting to head of departments
Job Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skill verbal and written
- Excellent telesales skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Self-driven and hardworking individual
- Excellent web research skills
- Good Knowledge of computer applications (MS Office/Google Search/Web-based CRM)
