Hi there, We are looking for a Business Development Manager that can manage the full client-hunting procedure and maintain a high standard of excellence. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Identify partnership opportunities.
  • Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help the company.
  • Create the business proposals, quotes, and other related documentation the client requires.
  • A bid process is the candidate's responsibility. Provide the most suitable bidding solutions after analyzing the client's requirements.
  • Estimate the project's cost depending on the requirements obtained.
  • Submitting a completed bid to a current or potential client that is both on time and within budget.
  • Responsible for generating business from freelance bidding portals. Bidding on freelance portals on a daily basis, project acquisition, and converting such projects into long-term sales.
  • Working on both proactive and reactive leads.
  • Research and target prospects using a variety of digital techniques for the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, and Middle East markets on a daily basis.

Qualifications

  • 1 or 2+years' prior industry related business development experience
  • Experience in lead generation and business development.
  • Knowledge of drafting business proposals.
  • Good understanding of the bidding process.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Market knowledge (Web Design, Android App Development, Design Service UI UX and Digital Marketing Agency).
  • Communication and negotiation skills.
  • Time management and planning skills.
