Business Development Manager

Hi there, We are looking for a Business Development Manager that can manage the full client-hunting procedure and maintain a high standard of excellence. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

Identify partnership opportunities.
Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help the company.
Create the business proposals, quotes, and other related documentation the client requires.
A bid process is the candidate's responsibility. Provide the most suitable bidding solutions after analyzing the client's requirements.
Estimate the project's cost depending on the requirements obtained.
Submitting a completed bid to a current or potential client that is both on time and within budget.
Responsible for generating business from freelance bidding portals. Bidding on freelance portals on a daily basis, project acquisition, and converting such projects into long-term sales.
Working on both proactive and reactive leads.
Research and target prospects using a variety of digital techniques for the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, and Middle East markets on a daily basis.

Qualifications

1 or 2+years' prior industry related business development experience
Experience in lead generation and business development.
Knowledge of drafting business proposals.
Good understanding of the bidding process.
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Market knowledge (Web Design, Android App Development, Design Service UI UX and Digital Marketing Agency).
Communication and negotiation skills.
Time management and planning skills.
