Visa Consultant

We are looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Visa Consultant with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through the visa application process for various countries, including study, visit, work, and immigration visas. This role requires strong communication, up-to-date knowledge of immigration policies, and the ability to handle client cases with accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on visa options, processes, and documentation.
Assess client eligibility for various visa categories and suggest the best possible pathways.
Prepare, review, and submit visa applications accurately and within deadlines.
Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and immigration authorities as needed.
Track application progress and maintain clear communication with clients.
Keep records and case notes for each client handled.
Stay up to date on changes in immigration laws, policies, and procedures.
Participate in client meetings, follow-up calls, and documentation reviews.
Assist in training junior staff or interns when required.
Maintain high levels of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred in International Relations, Law, or Business).
1–3 years of experience in visa consulting or immigration services.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously with attention to detail.
Good interpersonal skills and client-handling capabilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and immigration CRM software.
Knowledge of Schengen, UK, USA, Canada, and other major visa categories is a plus.
