Destined (www.destined.com.au) is an Australian based company with rapidly expanding business base.
We are looking for talented individuals who have skills and are eager to learn. Our core business is around customisation of Salesforce CRM, and digital marketing services.
We are expanding our offshore office in Karachi to support the need of Australian office and clientele.
We have plenty of work to share and respect the timings and culture of Pakistan and hence offer a unique working schedule to meet both our and Pakistani culture.
We have position open for a digital marketer.
Our recruitment cycle would is simple. One interview to assess you, 3 months of probation in which to show that we have made the right decision.
Required Skills:
> Email Building Skills - previous experience with email building platforms preferred
> Background Marketing Experience: exposure to a marketing team - understanding of marketing terms like “Push”, “Pull”, “ROI”, “CTA”.
> Knowledge of HTML/CSS/Javascript/jQuery if possible
> Direct experience with Pardot or Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.
> Website development and use of CMS to update website changes (e.g. Drupal, Wordpress)
> Adwords and SEO experience is favoured but not necessary
> Previous design experience is favoured but not necessary - Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator). Decent skills in AfterEffects, Premiere, Lightroom and Photography will be also an advantage)
> Good judgement, a willingness to learn and proactive.
> Ability to work as part of a team and independently
> Excellent time management skills
> Attention to detail
> Written skills: You will need to be proficient in English and have the ability to write for Web 2.0 platforms
> Analytics: Some exposure to an analytics system to draw insight on success or failure
