Welthungerhilfe (WHH) is seeking a Security Officer to join our dynamic team in Pakistan. This critical position ensures the safety and operational security of our country office and field operations. The Security Officer will be responsible for managing administrative security tasks, overseeing surveillance systems, supporting fleet management software, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure secure working environments.
Key Area of Responsibilities:
Monitor security systems (CCTV, guards, access control)
Maintain and update security documentation, incident logs, and fleet records
Coordinate staff movement and travel clearance
Supervise security guards and liaise with external security agencies
Assist in updating security SOPs, plans, and compliance records
Support partner and staff capacity-building on security protocols
What We’re Looking For:
University degree in a relevant field
2–4 years of experience in security management, preferably in the humanitarian or development sector
Strong understanding of security protocols and systems (CCTV, alarms)
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel), and capable of using fleet/security management tools
Fluent in English and Urdu; knowledge of local languages is a plus
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
