We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Officer to help us expand our business. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
2. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
3. Promote the company’s products/services by addressing the clients.
4. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
5. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
6. Increasing client base.
7. Generate leads and cold call prospective customers.
8. Meet with customers/clients face to face.
9. Have a good understanding of the businesses' products or services and be able to advise others about them.
10. Frequently travel within the day for face-to-face meetings with customers.
11. Handling social media.
12. Providing creative ideas for business promotion.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing.
2. Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role.
3. You'll be expected to dress smartly, especially for meetings, though slightly more relaxed business casual attire may be acceptable at other times.
4. Excellent organizational skills, with emphasis on priorities and goal setting.
5. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
6. Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
7. The ability to travel to meet clients.
8. Time management and planning skills.
9. Ability to meet the targets.
10. Must have his own conveyance to travel.
