Primary Purpose: Test case writing, automated and manual execution of tests, documentation of results.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Define test criteria for new features
- Create test cases and execute testing
- Maintain regression testing for new software releases as well as provide documentation as per quality management system
- Develop and maintain automated testing suite
Essential Skills/Qualifications:
- B. Sc in IT, Computer Science, Business or Engineering
- 2+ years demonstrable experience in software testing roles
- Demonstratable experience in writing test cases for user stories, developing regression testing suites and test case management (preferably using Jira)
- Skills and experience in automating testing for web applications using Java with Selenium
Desirable Skills/Qualifications:
- Experience in writing SQL queries and one or more scripting language
- Experience using up to date software development and quality practices
- Certified or experienced in Agile development methodology
- Self-starter, creative thinker, proactive and enthusiastic; and a team player, as keen on the success of those around you as of your own.
- Great communicator and have proven experience in collaborating effectively with business stakeholders.
