Position: Call Center Agent
Job Type: Full-Time (On-Site)
Location: Lahore
Salary: Up to PKR 30,000/month (based on experience) Freshers can also apply
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound B2B cold calls to potential clients
- Identify client needs and effectively communicate DEVSTAX’s services
- Set appointments and follow up on leads
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system
- Work towards individual and team-based sales targets
- Provide feedback on client interactions to improve service offerings
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B cold calling, lead generation, or appointment setting
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to quickly understand client needs and offer relevant solutions
- Basic knowledge of software development and digital marketing services
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently
- Proficiency in CRM software is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply
