About the Role
As a Human Resources Officer, you play an important role in the development and execution of recruitment strategies here at DevStudio. In this role, you will be expected to provide high quality and efficient support in Human Resources. You are expected to handle areas such as personnel management, social welfare and the maintenance of HR records. You will also make use of your creativity in finding, and engaging with the right candidate on the various career opportunities available at DevStudio. This is a full-time, office based position which would suit an individual looking to work for a company with purpose.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and maintain employee personnel files
Create and maintain up-to-date employee benefit information
Create and manage holiday and absence schedules
Be responsible for recruitment activities, including placing adverts, shortlisting and attending interviews
Process all administration in relation to the annual pay review
Support and advise with any employee relations issues
Be the first point of contact for HR queries
Prepare monthly payroll and benefits
Deal with any type of leave, including all the appropriate paperwork e.g., sick, parental, etc.
Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees
Help come up with company HR policies that provide effective solutions to problems that may arise
Regular updating of communication channels
Assist the Senior Leadership Team with other administration activities
Any other HR / administrative duties as required by the company
About You
Meticulous and accurate

Excellent interpersonal skills
Professional and confidential, able to deal sensitively and diplomatically with all types of situations, at all levels
Strong MS Outlook, Excel and Word skills are essential
Able to communicate effectively at all levels both orally and written
Flexible and adaptable in approach to work with the ability to multitask
Qualifications
0-1 years of experience working as part of a team within an HR department (with proven experience)
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, or related field
Technical Recruitment knowledge is a PLUS!
Location & Hours
Location: DHA Phase-5, Lahore
Office hours: 9:15AM to 6:15PM, 5 days a week.
