Dezato, a rapidly growing dessert shop committed to offering high-quality desserts paired with exceptional customer service, seeks a motivated and customer-focused Front Counter and Dispatch Associate. The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in retail or food service, demonstrates strong communication skills, and excels at multitasking in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide prompt, professional service to ensure a positive experience.
- Accurately take and process customer orders using the Point of Sale (POS) system, including handling cash, card, and digital payments.
- Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, and maintain daily sales records for accounting purposes.
- Assist in the preparation of desserts and ice cream according to Dezato’s quality standards and serve customers.
- Serve Customers their orders
- Package takeaway orders (for customers and Foodpanda) neatly and verify orders are complete and accurate for customer satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter, and the shop to adhere to sanitation and safety standards.
- Report End of Day Stock to Team
- Communicate clearly with team members to support seamless operations and promptly address any customer inquiries or concerns.
- Adapt to a fast-paced environment by multitasking various duties while maintaining high accuracy and service quality.
- Uphold reliable attendance and punctuality, contributing positively to team morale and work culture.
- Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet operational needs.
