Job Description

Job Purpose

  • This position is responsible for driving incremental sales in all of our Inside Sales Centers and for all of our partners.
  • This position will develop and execute sales plans and serve as a cultural leader within the organization.
  • This individual will leverage their sales and management experience to build upon the team’s current success.
  • Coach and mentor sales managers.
  • Drive success throughout the team with a relentless focus on metrics, performance and results. 
  • Leveraging KPIs to ensure delivery on revenue goals.
  • Continually reassess and, if necessary realign the team’s strategy to optimize performance.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue targets.
  • Inspire, motivate and manage team members.
  • Evaluate existing situations and create new approaches to promote continuous growth, leading the team through new and changing initiatives.
  • Motivational leader and an excellent communicator to train and motivate a team.
  • Responsible for setting all sales goals and ensuring that plans, actions and reporting are in place to reach these goals in a profitable manner.
  • Work with the team to set goals, objectives and action plans for each channel and key customer.
  • Track and benchmark progress and growth throughout the year, with the ability to change course as needed to meet the goals.
  • Be exceedingly pro-active in identifying and solving sales related issues – specifically those tied to increasing sales.
  • Reinforce pay for performance strategy.
  • Create and manage incentive plans to motivate sales teams.
