• HR Orientation-Brief all the policies and procedures to new joiner. This must be done in the week of joining.
  • Training & Development (Coordinate for & with trainers and concerned HOD/staff and Admin to make the necessary arrangements)
  • Preparation of annual training & development programs for each department
  • Suggest specific training programs to help employees maintain or improve job skills.
  • Monitor, evaluate and record training activities and program effectiveness.
  • Maintain and up-date all records and database of employees including trainings attendance, feedback and evaluations and submit reports to management at regular intervals).
  • Explore the market for best trainers and training firms.
  • TNAs/Training Calendar - Coordinate for completion, preparation of report, development of calendar.
  • Coordination for Successful launch of company's Newsletter.
  • Employee Satisfaction Survey.
  • Implementation of Performance Management System. Conduct the sessions for PMS/PA. coordination with all stake holders for the timely implementation and completion of tasks.
  • Conduct employee engagement sessions
