System Engineer installs, configures and maintains hardware components. Diagnose and troubleshoot system and network related problems. Monitors activities related to different applications, servers and networks for smooth operations.
Responsibilities
Installing and configuring computer hardware, OS and applications.
Providing support related to issues.
Resolving issues either face to face or facilitating remotely.
Providing support for LAN/VLAN related environment along with domain, proxy servers and VOIP and VPN services.
Support the roll-out of new applications or changes in existing applications.
Requirements
A Bachelors Degree in Sciences or Engineering-related discipline from a reputed university.
Professional certification a plus point.
At least 2 years of related professional experience.
