We are looking for a qualified Account /Admin Officer to handle prepare, compute, manage, research and analyses all accounting data, to provide quantitative information on performance, financial position, solvency, liquidity and cash flows of our business.
Responsibilities
- Manage all accounting operations based on accounting principles
- Ability to handle complete accounting cycle in manual & computerized environment
- Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options
- Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents
- Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures
- Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
- Tally receivable or payable amounts on daily basis
- Prepare budget and financial forecasts
- Publish financial statements in time
- Conduct month-end and year-end close process
- Collect, analyses and summarize account information
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns, balance sheet, profit/loss statement etc
- Develop periodic reports for management
- Audit financial transactions and document accounting control procedures
- Keep up with financial policies, regulation and legislation
- Manage Complete Payroll of the office staff and deductions
Requirements
- Proven working experience as a accountant or in a relevant field
- Thorough knowledge of accounting and corporate finance principles and procedures
- Excellent accounting software user
- Strong attention to detail
- Advanced degree in Accounting
- CPA or CMA preferred
