Assistant Manager - Factory Operation

Dhaka Thai Limited (DTL) is a dynamic, fast growing largest aluminum manufacturing company in Bangladesh. Job Responsibilities:

Developing and implementing innovative strategies to modernize factory operations.
Allocate resources effectively and utilize to produce optimal results.
Ensuring that factory machinery is in good working order.
Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues.
Preparing production reports and submitting them to senior department head.
Collaborating with the quality control department to establish and execute standard control processes.
Efficiently use of power and chemical consumption within stock limit
Analyzes plant performance to cost and demand and capacity control. Makes required changes to plant operations, as required, to meet target goal.
Sound knowledge of industry-specific factory equipment.
Prepare analytical reports.
Motivating factory workers to continually achieve factory targets.
Any other task assigned by the management.
Ability to human resource development & Office Management.
Outstanding communication and Negotiation skills
Excellent organizational and leadership ability
Outstanding knowledge on Drafting and Reporting.
Knowledge on PLC and Auto CAD would be preferred.
Computer literacy is must, good knowledge in MS office, ERP and social Networking.
Capability to departmental cost analysis.
