Job Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing innovative strategies to modernize factory operations.
- Allocate resources effectively and utilize them to produce optimal results.
- Ensuring that factory machinery is in good working order.
- Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues.
- Preparing production reports and submitting them to the senior department head.
- Collaborating with the quality control department to establish and execute standard control processes.
- Efficiently use of power and chemical consumption within the stock limit
- Analyzes plant performance to cost and demand and capacity control. Makes required changes to plant operations, as required, to meet target goals.
- Sound knowledge of industry-specific factory equipment.
- Prepare analytical reports.
- Motivating factory workers to continually achieve factory targets.
- Any other task assigned by the management.
- Ability to human resource development & Office Management.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational and leadership ability
- Outstanding knowledge of Drafting and Reporting.
- Knowledge of PLC and Auto CAD would be preferred.
- Computer literacy is a must, good knowledge in MS Office, ERP, and Social Networking.
- Capability to departmental cost analysis.
