Responsible for 100% stock execution of Surf and personal & oral care products from FCL and PCP factories To Hyderabad customers and UPL distribution centers (Nationally) Building / Monitoring effectiveness of controls to improve performance and prevent any incident related to safety, sale loss or others operational incident Ensuring a safe working environment for all associated through compliance of safety programs promoted by the company.
Supervision of 25+ people working on 3rd party contract, including drivers, labors and shipping staff Responsible to make daily stock movement report and share with line manager and distribution planners
People management and personal/professional development of all team members
Responsible for the management of all inventory items into the warehouse. This included receipts, storage, Picking and shipping to the distributors
Responsible for logistics planning Conduct monthly audit of physical stocks to ensure inventory system reflects.
