• Follow-up of customer experience.
  • Providing an impeccable service to clients in order to retain them.
  • Answering questions, suggestions, remarks from clients.
  • Answer incoming telephone and email inquiries from prospective and existing customers
  • Provide technical support including help with new installations / app download
  • Check account status for customers
  • Inform customers of current promotions or special sales
  • Assist senior college in job completion
  • Communicates any problems or issues to management for resolution
  • Any task assigned by the management/line manager
  • Internship timing are 8:00PM to 4:00PM.
