Our Head Office is located in Toronto, Canada and we have Operations and Development Teams as well in Lahore, Pakistan. Our Operations Team in Pakistan provide Customer Service and Service Provider Recruitment. We are a forward thinking company that is expanding rapidly and we require sharp individuals who can think ‘outside-of-the-box’.
POSITION: Data-driven Process Manager - Business Analysis
- We are hiring a candidate to lead our Operations teams in Pakistan, using their pre-existing analytical skills to make executive decisions on the processes done by the team.
- The successful candidate would be required to audit individual performance of staff as well as the overall process to ensure staff is performing and that the correct processes are in place to optimize success.
- Managing, supervising and disciplining staff members would be done by the successful candidate.
- This position requires understanding of complex concepts and identifying issues with the actual performance of the processes.
- This position will require looking at numerical data to understand true performance rather than reported performance.
- The two operation teams that the successful candidate would manage are the customer service and recruitment teams
- The successful candidate will be reporting to the Canadian Team and report hourly with detailed reports.
- Overtime may be required.
A successful candidate has the following qualities:
- A great work ethic.
- Fluent in English (written and oral).
- Experience identifying trends and making data driven decisions using spreadsheet data is a strong asset.
- Understanding advanced Excel and the ability to understand trends from data is required.
- Comfortable working in a high pressure environment.
- Comfortable disciplining and motivating their team.
- Comfortable working within a physical office.
- Able to work between 8 AM to 11 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time).
- Salary Range is 110,000 to 170,000 PKR.
