Responsibilities:
- Orders and Inventory management
- Uploading new products in bulk across all Sales channels including website and amazon stores.
- Analyze and ensue correct product pricing vs profitability.
- Monitoring amazon reports for errors and fixing them on immediate basis
- Collaboration with foreign stakeholders as well as web development team/ Project manager / Documentation manager on daily basis for effective team work
- Collaborate with international customer service team as well as shipping carriers
- Opening cases with Amazon support via Calls/Emails and support tickets for assistance
Skills:
- Excellent English spoken and written skills.
- Effective communication
- Strong background of data analysis and Statistics
- Familiarity with Online shopping experience
- IT background is a PLUS
