digiMalayas is looking for Project Administrator / Scrum Master as a part-time position at the above-mentioned address.
Position:
As a Project Administrator, the employee is required to perform the following duties:
Track all stories (SCRUM) on a regular basis. This entails:
Getting reports of the stories from all project employees every day
Making sure that the progress is tracked on the stories
Reporting back to the manager
Salary:
The salary of the employee will be decided after the interview, based on the candidate’s management skills.
Qualification:
Soft skills: As this job requires communication throughout the team, the candidate is expected to have good English conversational skills, both written and verbal. The candidate is expected to have a knack for extracting job-related information from employees and administrative management. Furthermore, as this is a part-time job, it is ideal for students.
Technical skills: The candidate should be comfortable with tracking and writing reports. JIRA-related experience is a plus. The project uses Freedcamp for project tracking at the moment. Even if the candidate has not used it before, he or she will be given training for it.
Working Hours/Days:
The employee is expected to work 5 days a week and 2 hours per day.
Tuesday to Saturday
Probation Period:
The first two and a half months of employment shall constitute a probationary period during which the employer or employee may, in its absolute discretion, terminate the employment, for any reason on very short notice.
Benefits:
The employee may purchase one book relevant to the area of work, up to the amount of 8000 PKR per year, at the company’s expense.
The employee may work from home once a week.
The employee may receive monetary benefits in the form of performance bonus and a holiday bonus.
