We are looking for an HR Executive to look after our daily HR functions and execute them smoothly. Our ideal candidate holds a degree in HR and has previous work experience in IT industry. For this role, you should be able to work independently with departments and their managers.Primarily, its an office job however must be prepared to travel out-of-city with overnight stay, if required.
Job Description
Reporting to Chief Executive Officer
Ensuring legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable provincial and federal labor laws and representing the organization at any hearings if necessary
Developing and administering various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel.
Participating in developing department goals, objectives and systems with management guidelines
Developing, recommending and implementing personnel policies and procedures; preparing and maintaining handbook on policies and procedures
Recruiting for Organization
Talent Acquisition and short listing of candidates according to requirements
Verification of short listed candidates (qualifications and experience)
Preparing and getting appointment letters signed by all employees with job descriptions
Orientation to newly joined employees with policies and providing welcome package
Counseling managers on candidate selection
Compensation and Benefits
Implementing and annually updating compensation programs
Maintain a pay plan by conducting periodic surveys and job evaluations
Designing and Implementing MBO, Incentive and benefit programs with management guidelines
Managing Organization Payroll and Benefits
Maintaining current HR files and databases
Updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and relevant records.
Maintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
Performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained.
Designing and contributing in employee and career development plans.
Hearing and resolving employee grievances.
Final Settlement of employees, conducting and analyzing exit interviews.
Maintaining Organizational charts and historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system, keeping past and current employee records.
