- Develop corporate plans for a variety of HR Matters such as Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Health & safety, annual Budget etc.
- Act to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance management evaluation, staffing, training and development etc.
- Consult and coach department leaders and managers, supporting the business vision and mission and overall objective.
- Work collaboratively cross-team and across all department to ensure consistency and creates efficiency.
- Oversee all HR initiatives, System and tactics.
- Monitor strategies for Grievance handling, disciplinary actions, change Management & transformation approaches, HR digitalization, legal compliance etc.
- Anticipate and resolve litigations risks.
- Attend and contribute to team and company meetings to stay up to date on relevant information.
- Accomplishes special projects results by identifying and clarifying issues and priorities communicating and coordinating requirement expediting fulfillment evaluating milestone accomplishments, evaluating optional courses of action, changing assumptions and directions.
- Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Review systems and processes and make modification to address issues.
- Any other duties assigned on time to time.
