We are looking for a motivated “Lead Engineer” to come and join our team of professionals. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for:

Develop the end to end process with our team in USA.
Collaborate with the Production Head to ensure a smooth process.
He will be responsible for keeping the quality standards up to the mark.
Follow the work instructions for employees set by the management.
Complete knowledge of mechanical terms and processes.
Modifying and maintaining products and the processes that support them.
Producing and implementing designs and test procedures.
Testing, evaluating, modifying and re-testing products.
Writing reports and documentation.
Providing technical advice.
Carrying out risk assessments.

Requirements and Skills

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or in a related field.
Graduates from the top engineering universities of Pakistan will be given priority.
1-2 years of experience working in engineering will be a plus, but not required.
Firm grasp of engineering concepts, and experience designing mechanical systems and products.
Excellent technical skills, including computer-aid design experience e.g. Solidworks.
The ability to work under pressure.
Problem-solving skills.
Creativity.
Interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Location: DHA Phase 3 - Onsite

Working Days: Monday – Friday

Salary Range: Rs. 200,000 – 250,000/- Depending on experience.
