This role is crucial in ensuring a world-class service and the satisfaction of our clients.

  • You will be solely responsible for the management of customer service of 4 websites. 
  • You will manage and resolve customer queries from different channels, mainly emails and phone calls live chat, providing a timely, first contact resolution where possible. 
  • You will also liaise with our partners and process the orders on a daily basis, you will also manage the courier logistics of the website and maintain the stock level across the 4 websites.
