We are looking a professional accounts officer with minimum 3 years experience
- Prepare, Verify, and process invoices for sales.
- Enter data of invoices in ERP and ensure proper coding on documents.
- Maintain account receivable files and record.
- Post customer payments by recording cash & cheques.
- Monitor customer account details for non- payment, delayed payment and other irregularities.
- Update receivables on weekly and monthly basis.
- Reconcile the account receivable ledgers to ensure that all payments are accurate and properly posted.
