Job Requirements
- Has excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.
- A strong strategic and analytical thinker with good business development and knowledge and skills.
- Able to develop new business opportunities.
- Is dynamic, articulate, and well-spoken: British or American accent would be a plus.
- Extremely strong phone skills: ability to set and close appointments over the phone.
- Ability to use or quickly learn real estate-specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies about the company.
- Has strong product knowledge & learning.
- Strong command of MS Excel / Word
Job Duties
- Outbound calling, e-mail and text communication, and overall management of the sales pipeline through the sales cycle.
- Acquiring new clients on a daily basis from various inbound and outbound lead sources.
- Prospecting, proceeding, and setting appointments for new business and following up for leads.
- Following up on leads generated through own efforts or elsewhere within the organization.
- Managing inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments.
- Maintaining relationships with new and existing clients by providing support, technical information, guidance, research, and recommendations to improve product performance and revenue.
