Description
We are looking for Female Truck Dispatch Sales Representatives to join our team for our USA campaign. No experience is required as we will provide training for the right candidates. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English, have excellent communication skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Work in a team environment to achieve individual and team goals
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- Female candidates only
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Ability to work the night shift (6PM - 3AM)
