We have an immediate opening for an energetic and experienced Business Development Specialist with previous experience in the soft skills training and coaching industry to help expand our company’s international exposure and reach, and to help grow our client base.
The successful candidate must be target oriented and be able to work on their own without much supervision.
The successful candidate is expected to:
- Learn about all of our training and coaching programs so he/she can act as core point of contact with our clients, explaining to them about our training products and recommending suitable training and coaching services for them.
- Identify target clients through research based marketing strategies
- Develop own leads through cold calls, emails and all available social media tools.
- Develop and maintain an organized database of client contacts, actively maintain communication with them, and report daily updates to Managing Director.
- Be able to prepare training proposals and quotations.
- Compensation includes basic salary PLUS commission.
Skills
Candiate must have:
- Previous experience in selling professional training and coaching services internationally
- Excellent command of written & spoken English
- Experience in MS Office applications - Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook
- Ability to develop efficient daily reports & stats in Excel
- Excellent selling & negotiating skills
- Ability to follow up with clients to generate leads and sales
- Ability to track all correspondence in CRM database such as Hubspot, Salesforce etc
- Experience in researching and developing business prospects on their own
- Must have problem solving and detail orientated approach.
