Job Purpose: A Critical thinker who identifies customer support issues and consistently exceeds performance standards by providing competitive customer satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide thorough support and problem resolution for customers.
Maintain composure and patience when facing difficult customer situations.
Will be well coordinated with the developers to resolve customer issues and queries.
Will be well coordinated with the deployment department.
Perform data entry efficiently.
Will collect monthly payments from all the existing clients.
